Frank Wolfe
Founder, Global Health Digital
Frank Wolfe has worked at the intersection of technology and operations for more than three decades.
He began his career managing enterprise systems, including IBM System/36 and System/38 platforms, during the transition from centralized computing to distributed desktop networks. While working at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, he witnessed the introduction of the IBM PC and recognized the transformation desktop computing would bring to business operations.
He later managed email and web servers for an early internet service provider in Santa Monica, California, supporting dial-up and DSL infrastructure during the expansion of the commercial internet.
As database-driven websites became essential to organizations, he transitioned into building dynamic web systems — work that became his primary professional focus.
Today, through Global Health Digital, he is applying that experience to the development of a low cost, secure, sustainable digital health system for refugee populations in Bangladesh.
